NH Krystal Cancun Hotel offers 325 spacious guestrooms in an eight-story tower. Rooms, renovated in June 2007, include trendy furnishings, spring-box mattresses, and two-chair dining sets. Rooms do not include balconies, but windows provide views of the Caribbean Sea or over Punta Cancun. The barefoot-friendly guestrooms include marble floors and marble bathrooms with shower/tub combinations.

All rooms provide 27-inch TVs with cable and complimentary wireless Internet access.

NH Krystal Cancun offers 18 rooms for couples who wish to enjoy adults-only, ocean accommodations. These room types include amenities, discounts and preferential benefits for couples and honeymooners.

NH Krystal Club rooms, located on the top two floors of the hotel, provide extra amenities, including upgraded in-room amenities, access to an exclusive rooftop terrace, and a concierge-staffed lounge.
